I studied at Canterbury College of Art and graduated with a B.A. (hons 1st) in Graphic Design in 1977.
I freelanced in London, producing work for Bob Marley, Jim Capaldi, Richard Thompson, Crossley Carpets, Cosmo, Paul Raymond and J.Walter Thompson.

In 1979 I moved to California, firstly to L.A. where I did some work for 20th Century Fox, Merrill Lynch and Recycled Paper Greeting cards.

In 1982 I settled in the Bay Area producing work for A+ Magazine, Atari Magazine, Miller Freeman Publishing, Kaiser Aerotech, Earthquake Safety, MarineWorld Aqarium, KQED,
East Bay Express, Solem and Associates, H.P. Genenchem, Sybex Publishing, Port Authority, Western Journal of Medicine and Ampex.
